My myths have been exploded
Into shards of glass
Some have impaled my heart
With their truth
Some are crushed into dust
I gather fragments of imaginary facts
Maybes, never weres and might have beens
Which can be reconstituted
Into possibilities
Foreshadowing myths yet to be
Remembering future frailties
